What a delightful cookbook. It contains a dazzling array of recipes ranging from Raspberry Cheesecake Muffins to Roast Opossum. Since I come from an old fashioned farming family in Ohio, I can relate to many of these delicious down home recipes. It's been over 30 years, but when I read the recipe for fried bull frogs, I could almost smell my grandma's kitchen as she fried up a mess of frog legs. Rebecca Earhart Author, Ohio.
