This 100.00 fee is charged whenever we are asked by our author to reload their book files after the original approved files have already been loaded. Reasons could include additional editing requests after the book is already at the printer or a requested change in artwork either on the cover or interior of the book.
Each time new files are loaded at the printer level, the files again go through the acquisition department, production departments and sample copies are again printed at the printer's end to review the final work. The 100.00 is charged to us by the printer to cover those additional manhours and passed along to our author client for whom the reload was executed.
